Consultation

Family Consultation

Do you have a child or family member struggling with OCD and anxiety and are unsure how to best support them? OCD and anxiety can impact the whole family system and feel overwhelming. Contact me for family-friendly consultation opportunities focused on providing education and helpful strategies to promote your understanding of the OCD and anxiety symptoms your loved one may be experiencing.

Fees:

  • $80 for a 60 min consultation

  • $60 for a 45 min consultation

  • $40 for a 30 min consultation

  • *Please note that family consultation does not function as a clinical intervention for your loved one or as a replacement for therapy.

Training

Through my specialized training courses, you can refine your expertise in treating OCD with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and other evidence-based methods. I also offer custom training tailored to suit specific needs upon request.

I provide two distinct training levels:

  1. Foundational-level Training: A comprehensive 3-hour course ideal for those seeking a clearer grasp of OCD and ERP treatment fundamentals. This functions as a nice springboard into Advanced training courses. *I strongly recommend the completion of this course prior to taking Advanced courses.

  2. Advanced-level Training: Tailored for professionals aiming to refine their skills in handling complex and challenging OCD cases. Topics include Perfectionism, Harm OCD, Scrupulosity, Relationship OCD, OCD vs. Eating Disorders, OCD vs. ASD, and much more.

Fees:

  • Contact me to discuss hourly training fees.

  • For customized training requests, there will be an additional $50 charge per hour spent on creation and development.

  • Elevate your practice's capabilities in treating OCD. Contact me to discuss and schedule your specific training needs.

My Training Library will offer a diverse range of webinars and live courses aimed at enhancing knowledge about OCD and anxiety spectrum disorders. These educational resources are designed not only for professionals but also for clients and families, providing easily understandable training opportunities to foster understanding and support.

The professional courses provided will be accredited for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through a co-sponsorship with the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work. As an accredited institution by the Council on Social Work Education, the University of Pittsburgh is a pre-approved provider of social work continuing education in Pennsylvania. These courses fulfill the requirements for license renewal for LSW/LCSW, LMFT, and LPC professionals on a biannual basis.
